Following on from the opening of Aston Hotel Darlington, Dominvs Group has now set its sights on new hotels in Manchester and Aberdeen.

Aytoun Street Central Manchester is a 306-bedroom Holiday Inn, currently under construction. Work on the 4-star hotel began in mid-January 2014.

The hotel is situated within a prime location of the city and will stand adjacent to Manchesterā€™s main rail and tram terminal, Piccadilly Station, becoming part of the recently completed 250,000 sq ft mixed use Piccadilly Regeneration Project. Aytoun Street Central Manchester is set to open its doors in 2016 and will occupy a space of 165,764 sq ft.

Following the new hotel in Manchester, Dominvs Group acquired a landmark site in Aberdeen, just a mere 100 metres from Aberdeen International Airport. The hotel site ā€“ which was acquired in November 2013 and will open in late 2016 ā€“ will be developed into two adjoining hotels: a 112-bedroom, 3-star hotel and a 139-bedroom, 4-star hotel.

Established in 2011, Dominvs Group combines experience with an excellent business model, which is underpinned by a Ā£280 million portfolio which spans the commercial, hospitality and residential sectors. The Dominvs Groupā€™s portfolio includes luxurious private residences in London and surrounding commuter addresses; multi-purpose distribution centres in the South East; and prime office and retail locations in London.
