JB Industrial Doors

JB Industrial Doors is part of the JB Group of Companies that also includes JB Garage Doors and JB Gate Systems.

The Group was founded in 1972 by Jim Byrne and John Baker to create and serve a growing market for all kinds of garage doors and accessories.

The Group has grown significantly since its inception and now includes the supply and fix of industrial doors, acoustic folding panels and power operated gate systems. The firm offers a broad choice of products to clients catering for various sectors including exhibition halls, showroom window doors, sports hall doors, maintenance depots and fire station buildings.

The range of doors on offer clients is now very large indeed and the broad spectrum of different door types means that every building door can be perfectly matched to the individual requirements of any given application. JB Industrial Doors normally find that rolling shutters are usually the first choice for buildings with particularly high doorways, whereas sliding doors are the preferred solution for wide door openings.

Folding doors are available in aluminium and steel and with glazing and thermal insulation. Glazed folding doors have increasingly found favour with design architects in recent years because they allow the structural membering of the doors to be matched to the building.

It is not just the manufacture and supply of doors that JB Industrial Doors offer to clients, they also provide a professional and reliable repair and maintenance service to protect industrial doors and loading bay equipment.

Roller shutters, grills, sliding and folding doors are often subject to punishing wear and tear. Due to this they require regular service and maintenance to ensure they are legal, safe and secure and are operating efficiently. JB Industrial Doors can assist clients with these issues thanks to their dedicated team of engineers.

Another aspect of repair and maintenance the team can deal with is the service of Automatic Doors which are legally required to be serviced annually to BS 7036 specifications to verify they are safe and secure. A planned maintenance agreement will ensure potential faults are discovered and corrected at an early stage.  This can help reduce the risk of expensive and perhaps major repairs at a future date.

The firm also handles the installations of their product all over the South East, including Kent, Surrey, South East London and parts of East and West Sussex. Several recent installations have been in the Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells areas; the firm has also offered an exceptional service to the Medway Towns of Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham and Sittingbourne.
