Situated in the village of Maghaberry, Wellington Parks is a development of almost 100 brand new luxury homes which have been in production since 2007.
Now complete, with the last property being handed over earlier this year, main contractor for the development Jason Moore of Quality Tailored Homes has been awarded an NHBC Pride in the Job award, recognising the work put in and the quality of the houses on Wellington Parks.
Quality Tailored Homes are a dynamic and client focused property development company, whose objective is to deliver excellence in design and build through the delivery of luxury and bespoke homes in boutique, community orientated environments.
Speaking to Premier Construction Magazine, Jason Moore said:
“Year on year, we believe that no one works harder for their clients than us as we further strengthen the brand through delivering on promises. It’s a real honour for me to win my third NHBC award for this project and to be recognised for hard work and a high quality finish. However, despite my name being the one on paper, none of the projects would be complete without the rest of the team at Quality Tailored Homes or without the architect on a project.”
The main architect for Wellington Parks was Alan Patterson, who designed the properties exterior combining red brick and stone. Combining a collection of semi-detached and detached houses, Wellington Parks homes are predominantly two storeys however the development does have a few larger, three storey properties. Size ranges from three to six bedrooms, making the development an ideal place for families to live.
Internally, properties are finished to homeowners briefs. Options are available for tiles, kitchens, bathrooms, doors and carpets etc giving buyers the opportunity to create a bespoke home suited to their requirements and personal taste.
Following completion of the project, Jason Moore concluded:
“Now that all of the properties are complete, the community will see the benefits. The existing residents are now living in a finished development, without the noise or sight of building works going on, which has been the case for a few years and we’ve provided the area with a large collection of brand new luxury homes.”
