Consent was obtained in late 2012 to convert the building to provide 41 loft-style apartments. The development is located in the heart of the fashionable Bermondsey area and a short walk from both Bermondsey and London Bridge Underground Stations.
Works commenced in late 2012 with an expected completion date of Summer 2014. The conversion works were sensitive and complex but the resultant development will be impressive and quite unique.
