High Spec Headquarters for Bond Davidson

Bond Davidson has developed a brand new headquarters in Surrey. The company have extended and refurbished an existing 5,500 square foot building to create a brand new, high specification premises spanning 7,000 square feet.

Bond Davidson is a Chartered Surveying practice providing tailored, specialised and high quality Project Management, Building Surveying and Cost Consultancy Services for a wide range of clients and industry sectors.

Warwick House will play home to the Chartered Surveyors, and holds the welcome additions of executive meeting spaces and breakout areas for staff to make use of.

The project started in January of 2015 and the company moved in on 24th August. The cost of the extension and refurbishment was £1.4million.

The extension to the existing building is made up of three storeys, and was constructed using glass and steel. The extension is home to meeting spaces and breakout areas which were inspired by Google HQ.
