Network Homes, one of London’s leading housing associations, has been awarded a Gold Medal at the National Contact Centre Improvement Awards 2016.

The prestigious awards, which are run by the Directors’ Club, celebrate contact centre improvement and the Gold Medal is awarded to organisations that receive an average score of between nine and ten in the judging process.

Network Homes was one of only five organisations to receive Gold. The entrants were judged on Goal Setting, Management Buy-in, Process to Deliver Success and Measurement of Success.

Network Homes’ Executive Director of Customer Service, Darren Levy, said: “This is a fantastic achievement and I’m really proud of everyone who works at our customer contact centre for all their hard work and professionalism. We have a big ambition to achieve 90% customer satisfaction and with such a dedicated team, I am confident we will keep improving and providing an excellent service to our customers”.

The award was presented by Directors’ Club Chairman, Jon Snow, in a live online medal giving ceremony.

Jon Snow said: “The standard of entries this year was extremely high and on behalf of the judging panel I would like to thank all the entrants for the time and effort they put into their presentations. Directors’ Club congratulates all the medal winners.”

The award follows Network Homes’ success at the UK National Contact Centre Awards in May where its customer contact centre was named one of the Top 10 in the UK.
