Waterman Group Starts As Designers On The Tallest Building Project In Dublin

Planning approvals edge higher on last year

Waterman Group plc is pleased to announce the commencement on site of the prestigious Capital Dock Development by Kennedy Wilson in Dublin, Ireland where they have been appointed to provide civil and structural engineering services.

Capital Dock extends over 4.8 acres and is one of the largest undeveloped sites in Dublin’s central business district and will deliver 60,000m2 of new space at this prime waterfront location.  The project includes 30,000m2 of office space and 190 high-quality multi-family units across an additional three buildings, one of which will be the tallest tower in Dublin.
