This Month in Premier Hospitality 6.3
Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.
In this month’s issue we showcase three magnificent hotels: The Athenaeum; Flemings; and Hallmark Hotel Bournemouth Carlton.
The Athenaeum Hotel in Mayfair, London has undergone extensive refurbishment and rebranding, and its bold new look and enviable food & beverage partnership was unveiled at the end of June, ushering in a new golden era for this historic gem. The hotel’s ground floor, façade and entrances were transformed and now, huge, double-height floor-to-ceiling windows will offer spectacular views across to Green Park and create a generous south-facing front terrace for the hotel.
Meanwhile, Flemings Mayfair Hotel, Suites & Apartments is situated in one of London’s most exclusive neighbourhoods. Keen to keep the hotel at the forefront of the hospitality industry, the hotel has recently implemented a remodelling scheme, designed to update and upgrade facilities. The project has included the complete revamp of the hotel’s bedrooms, as well as key areas, and has seen the restaurant and bar transformed into an exciting new dining experience.
Work began on the remodelling project back in July 2014. Phase one of the project included a remodelling of the hotel’s 129 bedrooms. The second phase of the project included the complete redesign of the hotel’s popular restaurant and bar.
And finally, The Hallmark Hotel Bournemouth Carlton has undergone a £1million restoration to provide guests with a beautifully refurbished hotel enriched with a health club, spa and pool, a selection of admirable banqueting suites, and not forgetting the dazzling sea-view. For 113 years, the cliff top sea front Carlton hotel has greeted visitors to its much admired 76-bedroom hotel. A whole century later the hotel is still continuing to flourish, with its own AA rosette awarded Frederick’s Restaurant, as well as a health and leisure club with indoor and outdoor swimming pools and spa treatment service.
With all this and more, it’s time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality.
