In this month’s issue we head over to Devon with Beyond Escapes; we check in at Castleknock Hotel; and we catch up with Keith Hobbs, Co-founder of Fresssh Image to talk about his company and his involvement with McDonald’s and Bistrot Pierre.
The first of a possible five sites for a brand new holiday village and leisure experience has opened in Devon. Beyond Escapes offers a complete package, blending a stunning range of lodges and apartments with high quality food, a spa and a gym. Beyond Escapes Devon opened in February after a £12m transformation and this will be followed later in the year by Beyond Escapes North Yorkshire.
Meanwhile, Nestled in the tranquil countryside just 15 minutes from Dublin city centre and 20 minutes from Dublin Airport, the four-star Castleknock Hotel offers luxury accommodation to the touring guest or business traveller. With an 18-hole golf course, the hotel, opened in 2005 and has won over 30 local, national and international awards. Part of the FBD Hotels and Resorts Group, which includes Faithlegg in Waterford and Sunset Beach in La Cala Resort in Spain, Castleknock Hotel has recently completed a €7 million development with help from Audrey Gaffney Associates and includes 52 new bedrooms, a state-of-the-art luxury spa and upgraded leisure centre.
And finally, established in 2013, Fresssh Image provides complete design, installation and maintenance services to the UK hospitality sector. Co-founded by Keith and Annika Hobbs, Fresssh Image was created with an aim to ‘change the face of hospitality’ by offering venues with a brand image experience. In this issue, Premier Hospitality sits down with Fresssh Image Managing Director, Keith Hobbs to find out more about the company and its values, as well as the importance of strong working relationships.
