Following the announcement of New Place Hotel’s shortlist in the 2018 Conference Awards, the Hampshire hotel is thrilled to have also been shortlisted in the South Coast Business Awards, in the ‘Winchester Motor Group Customer Service Award’ category. The local Awards, run by the Southern Daily Echo group, champions the region’s very best facilities, service and initiatives in the business sector.
The customer service award, sponsored by Winchester Motor Group, highlights an organisation’s focus on providing outstanding and innovative customer service. The judging panel assessed key areas of each entry’s customer service model, including; objectives and strategy, business performance, customer care, staff development plans and how this drives business growth.
