This Month in Premier Hospitality 8.5

Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.

In this month’s issue we check up on HIDE; we check out the Dunloe Hotel & Gardens; and we check in at Roomzzz Manchester Corn Exchange Aparthotel.

HIDE is a restaurant and bar by Hedonism Wines and chef Ollie Dabbous. Flooded with natural daylight and enjoying views across Green Park, HIDE offers a relaxed and holistic setting in which to savour seasonal cooking at its best, complemented by the UK’s most comprehensive wine list. HIDE is the follow up restaurant to Dabbous’ eponymous Michelin-starred London restaurant and is located at 85 Piccadilly, London.

Meanwhile, a stunning 18-month reconstruction and re-design project has transformed the public areas of the five star Dunloe Hotel & Gardens, located near Killarney and close to one of Ireland’s most iconic tourist destinations, the Gap of Dunloe. The scheme, which involved the complete reconstruction of a section of the hotel containing all the public areas, including the restaurant, kitchen, back of house, storage, private dining, bar, reception, lobby and lounge spaces, as well as the enhancement of the gardens and carpark, has met with ‘overwhelming’ approval from guests.

And finally, following the success of its existing Aparthotel on Princess Street in Manchester, stylish aparthotel chain, Roomzzz, has opened its doors in the Manchester Corn Exchange. The new development brings 114 luxury apartments to the Roomzzz Manchester Corn Exchange, spacious suites that offer a personal touch for adventure, business and celebration. Unique to Roomzzz, each apartment has been individually designed to provide a comfortable, well planned living area and features fully equipped kitchen, ideal for longer stays and home chef alike. The opening of Roomzzz marks the completion of a three-year renovation project for the Corn Exchange, as the aparthotel joins an impressive offering of 14 restaurants which have moved into the iconic building over the last few years, establishing it as one of the city’s most sought-after dining and city break destinations.

With all this and more it’s time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality.

Enjoy!

Alex
