This Month in Premier Hospitality 8.8

Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.

In this month’s issue we profile Romantic Castles of Ireland; we check in at Cahernane House Hotel; and we reveal The Coach.

The Romantic Castles of Ireland collection is comprised of four stunning properties, each boasting a rich history dating back centuries. Each castle has a unique style and design that ensures a magical experience for guests. Cabra Castle and Ballyseede Castle are exquisite wedding and events venues in Co. Cavan and Co. Kerry; while Bellingham Castle and Markree Castle are exclusive venues in Co. Louth and Co. Sligo. In recent years, each destination has been subject to significant interior transformations to help ensure guests are receiving the best possible experience. In this issue, we provide a rundown each property, covering the castle’s history, recent developments and current offering.

Meanwhile, beautifully situated on a private estate on the edge of Killarney National Park, Cahernane House Hotel was constructed in 1877 and was formerly home to the Herbert Family. The entrance to the hotel is framed by a tunnel of greenery which unfurls to reveal the beauty of this imposing Manor House. Following a €6 million renovation programme, the hotel is a hidden gem when it comes to both corporate away days and company retreats.

And finally, The Coach Complex in Banbridge, one of Northern Ireland’s most popular hospitality destinations, has unveiled a dramatic one million pound transformation to its renowned Coach Nightclub. The Coach Nightclub has a rich history and reputation having played host to a variety of high-profile acts and DJs. Earlier this year, the venue closed down for 6 weeks while a wide reaching renovation was carried out. Initially planned as a production upgrade, the project transformed into a nightclub wide renovation.

With all this as well as a preview of both the Independent Hotel Show and the Restaurant and Bar Design Show it’s time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality.
