Arora Hotels, a division of the Arora Group, has announced that it has appointed Harish Sunassy to the position of General Manager at the Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley, effective from 1st October 2018.

Harish has over 17 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, beginning as a Hilton graduate trainee in 2001 and progressing through several key roles including Operations Manager, Food and Beverage Manager and Hotel Manager. Over the years Harish has worked in hotels in the UK, France, Namibia and Dubai.

Harish then joined the Arora-owned and operated Hilton London Gatwick as Director of Operations in December 2017, where he played a vital role in the delivery of consistent results in one of the busiest hotel within the Arora Group, achieving record occupation rates and revenue. Harish is also involved in employee development through mentoring and support of the Arora Foundation course and its reward and recognition activities.

Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley is a four-star hotel situated in the heart of Crawley town centre, with easy access to the M23/A23 and M25 motorways, direct access to Crawley main line station and a short distance to Gatwick Airport by direct bus transfer.

The hotel has dedicated meeting, conference, training and banqueting facilities, including 12 conference rooms which can accommodate from 2 to 270 delegates. There are 432 superior, premier and family bedrooms, a restaurant and two bars, health and fitness club, on-site car parking facilities as well as Park & Fly packages for 4, 8 or 15 days
