The AA is delighted to announce that journalist and TV presenter, Kate Silverton will be the host of the 22nd annual AA Hospitality Awards on Monday 23rd September 2019, at Grosvenor House in London.
Recognising the excellence of hotels, restaurants and their teams across the UK, the AA Hospitality Awards is one of the industry’s most prestigious and highly anticipated events. The Awards will name the best hotels, restaurants and pubs across the UK, and celebrate individuals with awards such as the Lifetime Achievement Award, Chef of the Year and more.
Last year’s winner of the Chef’s Chef Award, Chef Patron at Bibendum, Claude Bosi will be creating the menu for the Awards, catering for the 1,000 attendees, including key industry figures from world famous chefs and prominent hoteliers, to restauranteurs and hospitality experts.
This year’s AA Hospitality Awards will also mark the introduction of the inaugural Spa of the Year Award. The Spa of the Year Award will recognise an outstanding spa offering within a hotel, delivering both an excellent overall product and spa experience.
Claude Bosi, Chef Patron at Bibendum said: “It has been a real honour and privilege to have been voted Chef of the Year by my industry peers and friends. I am (not!) looking forward to cooking for them all at the dinner.”
