As graduation season begins in Manchester, The Ivy Spinningfields has created an exclusive Champagne cocktail menu and afternoon tea to ensure graduates and their families can celebrate in style. Available until Wednesday, 31st July, the restaurant will be serving up specials in both the Ivy Brasserie and Ivy Roof Garden.
A treat for graduates, friends and families this summer, the exclusive cocktail menu features four tantalising Champagne cocktail creations; True French (£11) – Orgeat, Chambord and Ivy Champagne, Florality (£11.50) – Monin Lavender, St Germain, lemon juice and Ivy Champagne, Electric Fizz ( £12) – Velvet Falernum, Plum Sake, Lillet Blanc, Electric Bitters and Ivy Champagne and Summer Breeze Punch (£11) – Whitley Neil Rhubarb and Ginger, Briottet Manzana Verde, apple juice, grapefruit juice, Yuzu juice, Monin Jasmine and Ivy Champagne.
Alongside the cocktail menu is a graduation afternoon tea (£18.95), created especially for the occasion. As well as a number of delicious sweet and savoury options is a special addition – a chocolate and salted caramel mousse dome, topped with an edible graduation hat. Afternoon tea is served daily from 3pm-5pm, with the option to upgrade to Champagne afternoon tea for £26.50.
Situated on the ground floor, the traditional Ivy brasserie is open all day, seven days a week, serving modern British classics to suit all occasions. The all-encompassing menu features a variety of dishes including heritage tomato and feta salad with avocado, watermelon, pistachio and olives, lobster linguine, and chargrilled halloumi with Padrón peppers.
The perfect spot for sun drenched lunches, afternoon teas, dinners and cocktails, the Roof Garden is an opulent hideaway located in the heart of Manchester, complete with lavish furnishings in colourful fabrics and an iridescent glowing marble pink bar.
