In this month’s edition, we take a look at the Greenhill Ford; we step into Lanzerac Spa*; and we dive into Elevens Bar & Grill.
Greenhill Fold is a £10 million housing development in Leeds that saw the conversion of a Grade II listed former school into 13, two and three-bedroom loft style houses. In addition, 36 new-build family homes have been built on what were formerly the Victorian school’s grounds. The new build properties are a mix of two, three and four bedroom houses and have been eagerly snapped up since going on the market, with their contemporary features and desirable location proving popular with families and young professionals.
Meanwhile, the newly refurbished Lanzerac Spa offers a place of luxury, restoration and sheer indulgence in the heart of the Cape Winelands of South Africa. As part of the large-scale refurbishment of the grand and historic Lanzerac Wine Estate, the Lanzerac Spa has been completely rebuilt and re-imagined. The newly redesigned building, which overlooks the towering Jonekershoek Mountains and is nestled against rows of lush vineyards, offers superior amenities and unrivalled views, while establishing itself as a leader in health and wellness on the Stellenbosch Wine Route.
And finally, Gareth Bale, the Wales and Real Madrid footballer, and SA Brain and Co. Ltd have partnered in opening a new premium sports bar and restaurant in the heart of Cardiff City Centre. ‘Elevens Bar & Grill’ opened on May 5th, following a redevelopment of the former Dempseys bar on Castle Street. The bar is named after Gareth’s club and country shirt number, and he is following in the footsteps of many footballers who have financially invested away from football.
