The Chester Grosvenor Introduces Health and Safety Training as Part of Unique Day Delegate Package
Written by Amy

Due to a significant increase in demand for businesses requiring additional training space, The Chester Grosvenor has expanded its offering and has devised a unique day delegate package incorporating health and safety training; from first aid at work and fire training to food hygiene and IOSH courses. Partnering with Your First Aid Safety Training, the hotel will be the only local venue to offer such a package, which will offer employers and employees essential training for the workplace.

Set in the heart of Chester city centre, the five Red Star hotel is steeped in history and luxury, yet its evolution has ensured that it incorporates all contemporary business requirements – from start-ups looking for an impressive venue to meet clients, through to multi-nationals in search of an exciting space.

General Manager of The Chester Grosvenor, Richard Grove, comments: ‘We spend a third of our lives at the workplace, so it is vital that employers and employees alike are adhering to health and safety best practice. Although health and safety at work is a moral and legal imperative, there is a surprising lack of emphasis on adequate training. We hope that this package will help businesses in supporting their staff and, in turn, increase productivity and enhance workforce wellbeing’.

The delegate package will include course training and certification from £75 per person, all rates are inclusive of VAT. The minimum requirement will be 10 delegates and the session will include equipment, room hire, refreshments throughout the day and a buffet lunch.
