IHG® (InterContinental Hotels Group), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has been accredited as a Top Employer for corporate employees in the UK for the fourth year running.
As part of an independent research study by the Top Employers Institute, IHG has been celebrated for providing an exceptional employee environment, with a focus on nurturing and developing talent across the organisation. This was supported by strong HR leadership, systems, and processes which worked together to challenge and continually improve employee practices.
The Top Employer Survey analyses a range of employee factors including Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, On-boarding, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career and Succession Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Culture.
