Atlas Copco Power and Flow is proud to announce its new partnership with Pump & Plant Services Ltd, which specialises in hiring and selling industrial pumps, diesel generators and lighting towers. Based on the borders of Shropshire and the West Midlands, the company operates throughout the UK.

Under the partnership, Pump & Plant Services will be supplying and supporting Atlas Copco’s WEDA, PAS and VAR ranges, to provide a comprehensive dewatering pump capability.

The PAS range of medium and high flow diesel dry prime pumps offer high performance in any conditions. Effective even with suction heights of several metres, PAS products can pump liquids with suspended solids. The VAR wet prime pumps are robust, flexible and ideally suited for medium construction projects and flood control schemes. WEDA electric submersible pumps offer durable performance in tough environments across multiple industries.

Pump & Plant Services Ltd is ideally placed to supply these products; their wealth of experience, combined with in-depth product knowledge, enables them to offer the best pump hire, service and sales facility available within their trading territory. They have operated their friendly and competitive pump services from their Bridgnorth base ever since their establishment in 1983, however their success in these activities is allowing them to expand into new premises later this year.

Their prompt and efficient response is facilitated by their large fleet of delivery and service vehicles. The company can respond immediately to all enquiries, including requests for free of charge site surveys. Their service package comprises turnkey solutions including installation, commissioning and ongoing service level contracts along with ancillary services and equipment. Customers are covered when and where they need to be.

“We recognise that Atlas Copco’s products are built on heritage, prestige and quality; based on this, our new partnership gives both Atlas Copco Power and Flow and us an opportunity to grow market share” comments Paul Sandy, Managing Director at Pump & Plant Services, “The partnership provides a strategic objective of both product and service capability expansion for both parties, and creates an exciting future business growth potential for all concerned.”

Stuart McConaghy – Pump Product Specialist for UK & Ireland comments “The partnership fulfils the strategic objective of product and service capability expansion for both parties and creates an exciting future business growth potential for all concerned.”
