Loyalty Pro Reveals Innovations at The Independent Hotel Show
Written by Amy

Loyalty Pro, providers of the UK’s most advanced loyalty schemes for independent retailers and hoteliers, will be showcasing the very latest in loyalty innovations at the Independent Hotel Show (15-16 October, Olympia).

The company specialises in supporting independent hotels by designing and developing bespoke own label loyalty schemes that offer improved customer insight and are proven to deliver increased sales and profitability.

Loyalty Pro, located on Stand R04, will have a team of experts on hand to showcase the latest technologies available that enable hotel owners to attract, entice and retain customers, while also being quick and easy to operate.  The team will also be able to provide access to the management information that’s made available to users of the systems.

On show will be examples of how contactless loyalty is being used in hotels as well as demonstrations of how loyalty systems can be utilised using tablets, apps, cards, and even wearable technology as well as how the system can be integrated into existing EPOS systems.  They will even provide examples of how the systems can be used in conjunction with nearby business partners.

The bespoke and flexible technology is affordable and can be used to combine restaurant booking and loyalty into a single app or own-branded loyalty system.  The management information gathered also allows hotel businesses to improve customer service and provides a valuable insight into the spending habits of their customers.

Rob Meakin, Managing Director of Loyalty Pro, comments: “The loyalty marketplace has seen massive developments in technical capabilities as well as usability, convenience and customer insight. We’ve developed a number of bespoke systems for some of the UK’s leading independent hotels to provide them with valuable insight into their customers’ spending habits.  It’s an exciting, yet competitive, marketplace and we’re thrilled to be working with our hotel partners to develop a competitive edge.”

The bespoke systems developed by Loyalty Pro are proven to help hoteliers entice customers to use facilities at times which suit the business or to use rewards to encourage guests to return more frequently.  Hotel companies already using Loyalty Pro systems include; The Chester Grosvenor, Britannia Hotels and the Eclectic Hotel Collection.

Loyalty Pro provides tailored loyalty systems that engage with customers and support independent businesses. Their systems have been specially optimised for the hospitality, retail and B2B sectors. The company has helped generate more than £100m in revenue for participating organisations operating across the UK. Headquartered in Chester, more than 275,000 customers use Loyalty Pro cards and clients range from across 15 industry sectors. www.loyaltypro.co.uk
