The development includes a management centre, residents parking, a piazza style central courtyard and a resident’s roof top terrace.
Finally, Pegasus Court is also retirement housing, situated in Rochdale, Greater Manchester and consists of four large apartment blocks. The development has 60 apartments, bungalows and cottages that are ideal for retirees. The Pulse is located in Trafford, Manchester, made up of 133 apartments is aimed at professionals with an excellent commute into the city centre, the nearest train station just a five-minute walk away.
