Eilis Noble has been appointed General Manager of the Holiday Inn London – Heathrow M4, Jct.4 hotel. A highly experienced hotelier, Eilis will lead the Heathrow team to welcome leisure, business and international guests who frequent the airport hotel.

The key focus for Eilis as General Manager will be to oversee a significant refurbishment later this year to the public spaces and dining areas, which will modernise the property and elevate customer experience greatly. Eilis will also seek to maximise the fantastic MICE facilities on offer at the hotel and drive new business in this department.

The MICE offering at the Holiday Inn London – Heathrow M4, Jct.4 has been a key focus for the hotel, who were recently awarded the 2018 VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation. BDRC’s VenueVerdict provides the only venue accreditation programme determined entirely by the voice of the customer and based on the meeting experience.

Eilis is a seasoned hotel manager, having lead mid-scale brands across the UK for the majority of her career. Her approach is to achieve results through management coaching and development whilst remaining focused on operations, revenue maximisation, customer satisfaction and profit conversion.
