Bvlgari Chefs Luca Fantin and Niko Romito Awarded ThreeForks by Gambero Rosso

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts is delighted to announce that Top Italian Restaurants 2020, this year’s edition of the Gambero Rosso’s Restaurant guide which gathers the best Italian addresses abroad, awarded both Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin at Bvlgari Ginza Tower in Tokyo and Il Ristorante – Niko Romito at Bvlgari Resort Dubai with its highest ranking, the three forks.

A special award has also been assigned to Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin in Tokyo which has been nominated ‘Restaurant of the Year’ for being “the most solid Italian creative cuisine in Asia, dosing exceptional local ingredients, following the rhythm of the seasons […] and offering the highest experience of Italian authorial cuisine outside national borders.”

Chef Luca Fantin, who is delighted with this achievement, says: “It is a real honour to receive such an important recognition by Gambero Rosso in just the year of my 10th anniversary at the helm of Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin at Bvlgari Ginza Tower in Tokyo.  Being awarded by one of the most important and prestigious Italian restaurant guides means a lot to me as my work in these years was always aimed at bringing the authentic Italian cuisine to Japan and enhancing our beautiful lifestyle abroad.”
